At Lace Hut India, we take quality seriously. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we are here to help.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. To be eligible, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video showing the problem.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for: correct items delivered in good condition, items without an unboxing video, orders reported after 48 hours, or items that have been used, washed, or altered.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Replacement is offered where possible.
