Shipping Policy
At Lace Hut India, we aim to get your order packed and delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read through our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Charges
We keep our shipping simple and transparent:

No hidden charges. The applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand to international orders in the future — stay tuned for updates.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be picked up for processing the next working day
- During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Remote or difficult-to-access areas: 7–12 business days after dispatch
These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on courier partner availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number via Email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. The choice of courier may vary depending on your delivery location and product type. In some cases, we may ship via Speed Post for certain pin codes where private couriers do not operate.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. Lace Hut India is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 777 407 6717 — we will do our best to update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we make every effort to ensure on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier handling, local disruptions, or high-demand periods. If your order shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, please reach out to us and we will coordinate with the courier on your behalf.
In the rare event of a lost shipment, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Damaged Parcels at Delivery
If you receive a parcel that appears visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it without recording a video of the condition of the package. If you do accept it, make sure to capture a clear unboxing video before opening. This video will be essential if you need to raise a claim.
